As winter has finally showed up well into December already, the reality of hitting the trainer or spin bike has finally dawned.  The hours spent training on the road and now inside are not taken lightly by the dedicated cyclist, in fact a good majority of us obsess over things like our average/max heart rate, cadence, speed and of course power.  SBR this past season didn't know much about the power we were putting out, but thanks to our new sponsor for the 2010, Saris Cycling Group, SBR's riders will have the opportunity to start to train with power and how we can better utilize this information.  Saris if you're not familiar is the provider of the ever coveted CycleOps PowerTap power meters.
